We Have Made Little Changes

They say life happens. And as it happens it forces one to make changes here and there. Some changes are planned while others happen due to unforseen circumstances. As a business, we have also undergone some changes which we’d love to inform you about.

We have changed the name of our online store from Crowded Arena Shop to Crowded Arena. We have decided to identify our online store with the same trading name as our company. This is the same name which is registered at the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC).

So the next time when browsing the internet looking for us just type Crowded Arena and our online store will pop up. We have also changed our company logo to go with the new name.

We have also changed our website from the one we were using before. The current website is powered by Woocommerce and WordPress and is more user friendly and has allowed us to add more pages like the posts page as well as newsletters. We will be able to bring you more content and different product angles with this website. You will also be able to subscribe to our newsletter through sign up forms that are found on our website.

We have also changed our payment gateway from Netcash to Payfast. You should know by now that Payfast is South Africa’s most trusted payment gateway which is used by both big, small and micro businesses. You will still be able to transact safely with us and your information will be protected. We have got you covered.

Lastly, we have a Blog which we will use to communicate with you, our customer. Through our blog posts we will inform you about anything from new product launches, discounts, offers to news about our business.
